Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hiring a Team Leader to assist with the site’s facility and operations. This fast, fun, team-oriented environment offers growth into management and a clear path to leadership.

Expect competitive pay with weekly commission and flexible scheduling for both part-time and full-time roles. Responsibilities include customer service, opening/closing, enrolling customers, vehicle prep, guiding clients onto the tunnel, and maintaining equipment and the facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.
