Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Marietta, GA is seeking a Team Leader to help manage the site and lead the team. You will provide friendly, enthusiastic customer service, assist in opening/closing, enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, and ensure smooth operation of the tunnel.

This role offers a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with growth into management and a benefits program including PTO, health/dental/vision, and a 401(k) plan after the waiting period.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable individuals.
• Ability to stand for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscaping and pressure washing.
