Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Macon, GA is seeking a Team Lead to help run the site and support daily operations. This role offers a friendly, fast-paced environment with growth opportunities and weekly commission potential.

You will lead by example, provide upbeat customer service, assist with opening/closing, enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, and support equipment maintenance. Competitive starting pay and part/full-time options are available.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Able to stand for long hours.
• Minimum 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
