Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Kings Mill, AL is seeking a Team Leader to assist with the facility operations and customer service. You will open/close the site, enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, prep vehicles, guide them onto the tunnel, and help with maintenance.

Starting pay is $16 per hour with optional weekly commission and flexible scheduling (part-time and full-time). The role offers growth opportunities within a fast-growing national car wash brand, with benefits after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Able to stand for long hours.
• Must be 18+ and pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
