Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Alabama is seeking a Team Leader to help run the site’s facility and operations. You will provide friendly, enthusiastic customer service, assist in opening and closing, enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, and prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.

You will also guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor, assist in maintenance, and keep the facility in good shape including landscaping and pressure washing.

• Willingness to work in all weather and stand for long hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscaping and pressure washing.
