Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Hamilton, OH is seeking a Team Lead to help manage the site’s operations and lead by example in a fast, fun, team‑oriented car wash environment. • Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Able to stand for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
