Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hiring a Team Leader to help manage the site operations and provide outstanding customer service. The role offers the chance to learn the car wash business, lead a team, and grow into management positions.

Starting pay is $19.50 per hour with weekly commission opportunities. Flexible scheduling, part-time and full-time options, and comprehensive benefits are available as you join a fast-paced, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
