Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Clive, IA is seeking a Team Leader who will model excellent service and help run daily operations at our fast-paced car wash. You’ll lead a friendly team and support the management team to exceed guest expectations.

Your daily duties include opening and closing the facility, enrolling customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, prepping vehicles for the tunnel, guiding them onto the conveyor, and assisting with routine maintenance and property upkeep.

Qualifications

• Friendly, Responsible, and Reliable!
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
