Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Albemarle, NC is seeking a part-time Team Lead to help run the facility and support the management team. You will lead by example, provide friendly customer service, assist in opening and closing the facility, enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club, prep vehicles, guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor, and help maintain equipment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand for long hours and work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.
