Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Danville, VA is seeking a Team Lead for part-time hours. The role supports site operations and provides friendly customer service, opening/closing, enrolling customers in Unlimited Car Wash Club, guiding customers onto tunnel conveyor, and basic maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for long hours and work in all weather.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
