Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Manassas, VA is seeking a Team Leader to help run the facility and its operations. You will provide friendly, enthusiastic customer service, assist in opening and closing, and enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.

You’ll also help prepare vehicles and guide customers safely through the tunnel. We offer starting pay of $16 per hour with potential weekly commissions, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth into management roles.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to stand for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility including landscape maintenance.
