Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa LLC in Hendersonville, NC is hiring a part-time Team Lead to oversee daily operations at the facility. You will provide friendly customer service, support the management team, and help drive performance in a fast-paced car wash environment.

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with the opportunity to earn weekly commissions. Flexible scheduling, growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits program are available after qualifying period.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.
