Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Hampton, VA is seeking a Team Lead to help run daily operations and lead a small team in a fast-paced car wash environment.

The role offers part-time and full-time opportunities with starting pay of 16.00 USD per hour. You will provide friendly customer service, assist in opening/closing, enroll members in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, and help maintain the facility and equipment. Growth opportunities exist within the company.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Able to stand for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape upkeep.
