Take 5 Oil Change Biloxi is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager who thrives on people, process, and leads by example. The role focuses on customer service excellence, team coordination, and hands-on oversight of oil changes, wiper blades, air filters, and light maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Check in with customers before they leave the shop to ensure a great experience.
• Assume the responsibility and authority of the Shop Manager in the Shop Manager’s absence.
• Run the floor: ensure staff are where they need to be, vehicles are checked, and customers are satisfied before leaving.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with counting and adjusting inventory.
• Train and develop subordinates; be a role model to the team.
• Hold team members accountable.
• Perform technician duties as needed (oil changes, replace wiper blades, fill fluids, etc.).
• Restock and maintain inventory; keep shop, office, and restroom clean.
