Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change Biloxi is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager to lead a customer-focused team and oversee daily shop operations in Biloxi, MS. You will guide technicians, ensure smooth service flow, and maintain high-quality customer experiences.

The role blends hands-on service with team leadership, including training teammates, managing inventory, and handling customer interactions while upholding Take 5 standards. Training provided; advancement opportunities exist within the Take 5 network.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds
• Must maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit used to position yourself safely under cars
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Check in with customers before they leave the shop to ensure great experience
• Assume responsibility and authority of Shop Manager in Manager's absence
• Run the floor to ensure staff are where they need to be and customers are satisfied
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Assist with counting and adjusting inventory
• Train and develop subordinates
• Be a role model for other employees
• Perform ASM duties including oil changes, tire care, fluids, payments, and inventory restocking; maintain shop cleanliness
