Job summary

EDSI is seeking a Team Lead in Michigan to oversee data entry and documentation of Case Manager caseloads, and to attend triage and hearing appointments with DHHS partners.

This role emphasizes strong leadership, staff supervision, and the ability to review performance metrics to ensure program compliance under PATH policies. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with experience in PATH or similar programs and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience with FIP recipients/PATH participants or similar workforce programs.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to adapt as contract requirements change.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Job Description:Salary: $56,000/yearScope of Position: The Team Lead will oversee the data entry and documentation of Case Manager caseloads. Attend all triage and hearing appointments with Department of Health and Human Services partners. Assist with the day-to-day questions and guidance related to policy and procedures.Essential Functions:• Help to ensure that positive outcomes and program goals are met as required by contract• Supervise activities and conduct performance evaluations for case management staff• Model appropriate coaching and case management strategies• Perform case reviews to ensure that required documentation is maintained, staff are adhering to program policies, and participants are complying with their participation requirements• Review and approve participant requests for supportive services• Assist with participant case management tasks as needed• Document all participant contacts in case notes• Act as liaison and maintain collaborative relationships with local Dept. of Health and Human Services (DHHS) partners• Review Work Participation Rate (WPR) and other performance reports weekly and work with staff to address performance issues• Maintain a thorough knowledge of PATH policies and procedures• Coordinate participant transfers and other case changes with DHHS and other partners• Other opportunities as availableEducation and Experience Requirements:• Experience working with FIP recipients/PATH participants and/or other workforce programs• Excellent leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal• Ability to maintain flexibility as needs of contract require• Customer service experience preferred• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications• Bachelor’s degree in business, education, human services, or related area is preferredEDSI is an equal opportunity employer.
