Responsibilities

  • Lead by example while performing daily production tasks and supporting operational success.
  • Train, coach, and assist new and existing employees on processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Assign work areas, coordinate staffing needs, and monitor workflow to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Verify work accuracy, maintain quality standards, and ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Enforce safety, housekeeping, security, and company policy compliance while promoting a positive team culture.
  • Communicate effectively with management, customers, and associates to resolve operational, staffing, and quality concerns.
  • Support shift meetings, workload planning, overtime coordination, inventory and supply availability, and cross-department operations as needed.

Now hiring for a Team Lead

Location: Perris, CA


Pay Rate: $22.50 - $28.00 per hour


Schedule: 1st Shift | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday - Friday (OT and extra days depending on workload)


Run the Floor. Take the Lead.

Education Requirements


  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.

  • Basic computer and communication skills required.



Experience Requirements


  • Minimum 1 year of team lead, shift lead, supervisor, or leadership experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or production environment.

  • Experience training and coaching employees on job duties and workplace expectations.

  • Proven ability to support productivity, quality, and operational goals in a fast-paced setting.



Preferred Qualifications


  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and adapt to changing production demands.

  • Experience working with staffing agencies, customer teams, and operational leadership.

  • Knowledge of workplace safety, quality standards, and performance management.

  • Demonstrated commitment to teamwork, accountability, and customer service.



Physical Capabilities


  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and move throughout the shift.

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.

  • Capable of working in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment.

  • Ability to perform both leadership and hands-on production responsibilities.
