Location: South Gate, CA


Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour


Schedule: Overtime as needed



  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

  • 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

This position is responsible for pulling corrugated materials from conveyors and safely stacking finished materials onto pallets. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.


Job Duties


  • Pull corrugated materials from moving conveyors.

  • Stack materials neatly and safely onto pallets.

  • Maintain a steady work pace to keep production moving.

  • Follow safety and production procedures.

  • Keep the work area clean and organized.

  • Perform other general production duties as assigned.


Education Requirements


  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

  • Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.


Experience Requirements


  • Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.

  • Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.

  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.

  • Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.

  • Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.

  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.

  • Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Production Associate.


Physical Capabilities


  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.

  • Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 45 pounds.

  • Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.

  • Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
