Job summary

Staffmark is looking for a Stockroom Supervisor in Pomona, CA to lead warehouse operations, oversee inventory, and guide a team to move products safely and efficiently. The role emphasizes leadership, organization, and accurate inventory management.

This position requires at least 3 years in inventory/warehouse roles and supervisory experience, with proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office. Competitive pay and a Monday–Friday schedule accompany the job.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of inventory, stockroom, warehouse, or manufacturing experience.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory control, cycle counts, forecasting, and materials management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ERP or Made2Manage (M2M) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise stockroom personnel, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Manage inventory control processes including cycle counts, audits, forecasting, and inventory adjustments.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to maintain accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels, shortages, and material availability to support production schedules.
• Utilize ERP and Made2Manage (M2M) systems to track inventory, parts, and stock movements.
• Coordinate with Production, Shipping, and Plant Management to resolve inventory and logistics issues.
• Review shortage reports and provide updates on inventory status and job progress.
• Collect and verify employee timesheets and overtime reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Manage scrap material processes and perform additional warehouse and inventory-related duties as assigned.
