Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Production Associate in Jurupa Valley, CA. The role involves material handling, cooking, and assisting the Production Team to pack products and operate the rice-pack machine. Shifts run Monday through Saturday from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM and 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM.

Prior manufacturing exposure is helpful, with a high school diploma preferred. Daily duties include measuring product portions, ensuring sealed pouches, and following cooking specifications while maintaining

Now hiring for a Production Associate
Location: Jurupa Valley, CA
Pay Rate: $16.90 - $17.90 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Saturday | 5 am to 1:30 pm | 1:30 pm to 10 pm

The role involves material handling / Cooking; mix vegetables and rice in skillets as part of food processing and will provide support to the Production Team, pack product/food into pouches, and run through the \"rice-pack machine\"

Job Duties

• Measure the amount of product or weights of filled containers to ensure conformance to specifications


• Provide product ready to be packaged to the roll stocks, repacks, Cryobac Operators to keep production running at all times


• Must ensure that pouches are properly sealed.


• Cook product in accordance with the company's cooking specifications

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.


• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.


• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.


• Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.


• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.


• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.


• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
