Job summary

Eclipse Advantage is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a small team and own daily site administration in Omaha, NE. You will train staff, assign work, and monitor attendance while ensuring safety and timely updates with management and customers.

The role emphasizes effective communication, reliability in receiving truckloads, and accurate material logging. This position requires bilingual English/Spanish capabilities and availability for peak-season overtime.

Qualifications

• 6 months warehouse experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Able to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment.
• Excellent customer service required.
• Overtime/weekends may be required during peak seasons.
• Safety shoes required and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train team members, assign work, and review quality of work.
• Oversee site administration (POs, timesheets) reporting to Site Supervisor.
• Monitor attendance and productivity and drive performance improvements.
• Ensure safety and a safe work environment for all employees.
• Communicate updates and timelines with site management and customer.
• Assist in receiving truckloads and driver check-in.
• Record materials received in the appropriate computer system.
• Assist site supervisor with general office administration.

Job Description:

• Responsible for leading and working with team members including assigning work, training, and reviewing quality of work
• Responsible for overall site administration (PO enters, timesheets, etc.) while reporting to the Site Supervisor
• Monitoring employee attendance and productivity, and taking steps to improve performance where necessary
• Ensure all employees are utilizing all safety precautions and maintaining safe work environment
• Communicating concerns, updates, and completion timelines (with site management and customer)
• Assists in the administration of receiving of truck loads / checking in drivers
• Records amounts of materials or items received via appropriate computer program
• Assist site supervisor with general office administration

Pay Range:

$23.00 - $23.00 per hour

Pay Scale:

Not applicable

Shift:

Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10pm to Last Truck

Job Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• 6 months warehouse experience (preferred)
• Work in a physically demanding warehouse environment
• Excellent customer service required
• Overtime/Weekends will be required during peak/seasonal volumes
• Ability to work in various climate conditions (potentially including cooler/freezers)
• Reliable transportation with the ability to arrive on time
• Standing/climbing 8 to 10 hours per day
• Effective communication skills
• Safety shoes are required
• Other duties as assigned
