Eclipse Advantage is hiring a Site Administration Associate to support warehouse operations in Oak Creek, WI. You will enter purchase orders, manage timesheets, and assist with driver check-in and material receiving through our computer systems.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and reliability, with an emphasis on accuracy and customer service. Third shift: Sun-Thu or Tue-Sat, 8:30 PM–5:30 AM; pay is $18.00 per hour, with benefits available.

• Microsoft office experience (excel, outlook, etc.)
• Ability to work in various climate conditions (potentially including cooler/freezers)
• Reliable transportation with the ability to arrive on time.
• Effective communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Safety shoes are required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Other duties as assigned.
