Job summary

Eclipse Advantage in Mira Loma, CA is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to supervise day-to-day operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will assign work, train staff, monitor productivity, and ensure safety protocols are followed to maintain high-quality output.

The role requires strong communication, proficiency with MS Office, and experience with Warehouse Management Systems. Overtime may be required during peak periods; you must lift up to 50 lbs and operate standard warehouse

Qualifications

• 2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• 6 months or more of Warehouse/Distribution team lead experience
• Proficiency in MS Office Products (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems
• Experience with basic data entry / time and attendance tracking
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written
• Work in a physically demanding warehouse environment – up to 50lbs
• Forklift or pallet jack certification preferred
• Excellent customer service
• Overtime/Weekends may be required during peak seasons
• Ability to work in varied climate conditions (coolers/freezers)
• Standing 8-10 hours per day
• Safety shoes required
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

Job Description:

• Responsible for leading and working with team members including assigning work, training, and reviewing quality of work
• Monitoring employee attendance and productivity, and taking steps to improve performance where necessary
• Ensure all employees are utilizing all safety precautions and maintaining safe work environment
• Communicating concerns, updates, and completion timelines (with site management and customer)

Pay Range: $20.00 - $20.00 per hour

Pay Scale: Not applicable

Shift: Monday to Friday 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM

Job Requirements:

• 2 years of warehouse experience preferred
• 6 months or more of Warehouse/Distribution team lead experience
• Proficiency in MS Office Products required (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Understanding of and experience working with Warehouse Management Systems
• Experience with basic data entry / time and attendance tracking
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written
• Work in a physically demanding warehouse environment – continuously lifting and moving up to 50lbs.
• Forklift, electric pallet jack, or other warehouse material handling equipment certification preferred
• Met/lead/inspire fast-paced productivity goals and standards
• Excellent customer service required
• Overtime/Weekends will be required during peak/seasonal volumes
• Ability to work in various climate conditions (potentially including cooler/freezers)
• Standing 8 to 10 hours per day
• Effective communication skills
• Safety shoes are required
• Reliable transportation with the ability to arrive on time
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Other duties as assigned
