Job summary

Eclipse Advantage in Wisconsin is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to direct a busy distribution team and ensure operations meet safety and quality standards. You will assign tasks, train staff, monitor performance, and collaborate with site management and customers to meet deadlines.

The role requires 2 years of warehouse experience and 6 months in a lead position, plus proficiency in MS Office and experience with WMS. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required in peak periods.

Qualifications

• 2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• 6 months or more of Warehouse/Distribution team lead experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Products required (Outlook, Word and Excel).
• Understanding of and experience working with Warehouse Management Systems.

Job Description

• Responsible for leading and working with team members including assigning work, training, and reviewing quality of work
• Monitoring employee attendance and productivity, and taking steps to improve performance where necessary
• Ensure all employees are utilizing all safety precautions and maintaining safe work environment
• Communicating concerns, updates, and completion timelines (with site management and customer)

Pay Range

$26.00 - $28.00 per hour

Job Requirements

• 2 years of warehouse experience preferred
• 6 months or more of Warehouse/Distribution team lead experience
• Proficiency in MS Office Products required (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Understanding of and experience working with Warehouse Management Systems
• Experience with basic data entry / time and attendance tracking
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written
• Work in a physically demanding warehouse environment - continuously lifting and moving up to 50lbs.
• Forklift, electric pallet jack, or other warehouse material handling equipment certification preferred
• Meet/lead/inspire fast-paced productivity goals and standards
• Excellent customer service required
• Overtime/Weekends will be required during peak/seasonal volumes
• Ability to work in various climate conditions (potentially including cooler/freezers)
• Standing 8 to 10 hours per day
• Effective communication skills
• Safety shoes are required
• Reliable transportation with the ability to arrive on time
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Other duties as assigned
