Overview

While upholding department and company policies, the Team Lead provides guidance, mentoring and training to direct reports while managing daily functions and workflows to meet business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance, mentoring and development to direct reports and ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Manage the daily functions and workflow of direct reports through distribution of a balanced workload to meet established performance goals.
  • Run and analyze production and productivity reports to assist in the management of workflow and identify trends, issues and areas for development.
  • Serve as first point of escalation on challenging files, files over timeline, and customer concerns.
  • Conduct file reviews and run quality assurance checks providing feedback to direct reports and management.
  • Track and monitor client requests to identify trends and develop solutions and ensure quality.
  • Provide exceptional customer service; know and ensure client specifics are being met.
  • Assist in development of KPI’s and ensure goals are met.
  • Partner with management in maintaining a consistent, fair approach on matters related to team coaching and development management and ensure personnel administrative processes are aligned with company practices (e.g., creation and delivery of annual and interim performance evaluations, appropriately manage identified development opportunities and corrective action, payroll changes and accounting for PTO and vacation time).
  • Identify and partner in the establishment of best practices related to unit of business.
  • Partner with management team in the interviewing, recruiting and review processes.
  • Maintain employee confidentiality at all times, sharing only on a need-to-know basis.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in ProVest terminology.
  • Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and keep accurate records.
  • Understand and maintain client nuances & customer preferences.
Other Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide coverage for identified management staff in their absence.
  • Provide production coverage when necessary.
Requirements
  • High School degree or equivalent.
  • A minimum of two years' supervisory experience preferred.

  • Ability to multi-task and maintain organization.
  • Knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure related to states managed under the role.
  • Microsoft Office experience intermediate level preferred.
Attendance Requirements

Due to the nature of the ProVest, LLC’s needs, regular and reliable attendance is required. Individuals must be able to work at least a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, and be available as situations arise requiring extended hours.
