Overview

ProVest is seeking a Process Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and recordkeeping while working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Enter a variety of data using current technology.
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
• Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes.
• Review and enter data updates into systems.
• Identify and review discrepancies in received data.
• Communicate daily with clients, vendors, and coworkers in a professional and courteous manner (in person, by phone, or via email).
• Perform additional duties as required, including printing, scanning, and proofing documents.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and establish positive rapport with every caller.
• Serve as backup for team members during absences and assist other teams as needed.
