Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking a Team Lead for an energy services sales role with Reliant Energy in Fort Worth, TX. This is a full-time, regular position guiding a team of Energy Pros to grow sales and deliver excellent customer experiences.

You will train reps, monitor performance, and ensure compliance while achieving monthly quotas. The role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, daily pay options, benefits, and opportunities for career growth.

About the Job As a Team Lead, you are responsible for successfully growing and managing a team of Energy Pros representing an energy service provider, Reliant Energy. As a "Selling Manager", you will lead by example with personal sales while also building a sales team. You will effectively train, coach and mentor reps on delivering sales training, brand awareness, product knowledge, sales techniques, and assist with any issues. As a Team Lead, You Will:

• Preferred fluency in both English and Spanish (able to read, write, and speak Spanish)
• Oversee management of multiple locations in retail big box stores
• Motivate a team of Sales Associates (Energy Pro’s) to engage with consumers about Reliant solutions
• Assess client needs and find opportunities to improve energy efficiency
• Teach your Energy Pro’s to uncover consumer desires, deliver catered solutions, and overcome objections
• Collaborate with your team to accomplish sales goals and celebrate success
• Deliver superior sales results with an exceptional customer experience
