2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking a Team Lead (Spanish Bilingual) for a full-time leadership role in Eagle Pass, Texas. This position involves managing a sales team of Energy Pros in retail big-box stores, focusing on personal sales and coaching team members.

As a Team Lead, you will oversee team motivation, sales goals, and the customer experience while training and mentoring your team. Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish and demonstrate excellent sales performance.

Overview

Team Lead (Spanish Bilingual) position for a full-time immediate leadership role with Reliant Energy. Responsible for growing and managing a sales team of Energy Pros in retail big‑box stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example with personal sales while building a sales team.
• Train, coach, and mentor representatives on sales training, brand awareness, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
• Oversee management of multiple locations.
• Motivate a team of Sales Associates to engage consumers about Reliant solutions.
• Assess client needs and find opportunities to improve energy efficiency.
• Teach reps to uncover consumer desires, deliver tailored solutions, and overcome objections.
• Collaborate with the team to accomplish sales goals and celebrate successes.
• Deliver superior sales results with an exceptional customer experience.

Additional Responsibilities

• Courteously welcome customers, assess needs, and suggest products.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals monthly.
• Assist team members with closing sales and overall production.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Conduct client deposit follow-up and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Submit work schedules to Manager for approval.
• Track inventory receipt and count and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).
