Get Air is seeking a Team Lead to help run daily park operations in a dynamic, fun environment. You will promote safety, ensure cleanliness, and support goals for sales and guest satisfaction.

The role requires leadership experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to motivate a team. Training is provided, with growth opportunities and free jump time when off the clock.

Get Air Team Leads can expect to promote safety and cleanliness in the park, strive to meet sales goals, and to host parties on a day-to-day basis. Team Leads will support the Assistant Manager and General Manager in reaching operational goals and overseeing shifts. We're looking for someone who can provide great customer service, is self-motivated and self-disciplined, has some supervisory or leadership experience, and is excited to work with a great team.

Team Leads earn $17.50/hour base pay, and can earn up to $22/hr with tips, bonuses and commissions. We offer on-the-job training with many opportunities for growth within the park and the company. Plus, you can take part in the fun and jump for free anytime you're off the clock.
