Job summary

Get Air in Tonawanda, NY is seeking a Team Lead to help run daily operations at our trampoline park. You will promote safety and cleanliness, support management, and ensure guests have an amazing experience.

The role requires strong customer service, self-motivation, and some supervisory or leadership experience. You’ll join a fun team where growth opportunities and on-the-job training are available.

Get Air Team Leads can expect to promote safety and cleanliness in the park, strive to meet sales goals, and to host parties on a day-to-day basis. Team Leads will support the Assistant Manager and General Manager in reaching operational goals and overseeing shifts. We’re looking for someone who can provide great customer service, is self-motivated and self-disciplined, has some supervisory or leadership experience, and is excited to work with a great team.

Team Leads earn $17.50/hour base pay, and can earn up to $21/hr with tips, bonuses and commissions. We offer on-the-job training with many opportunities for growth within the park and the company. Plus, you can take part in the fun and jump for free anytime you're off the clock.
