Job summary

Get Air Rochester LLC is seeking a Team Lead to help manage a fast-paced trampoline park, delivering outstanding customer service while promoting safety and park cleanliness. You will support shift operations, help reach sales targets, and assist with party hosting under the supervision of the management team.

Team Leads earn a $17.50 per hour base pay and can reach up to $21 per hour with tips, bonuses and commissions.

Qualifications

• Must have some supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent customer service and team collaboration abilities.
• Self-motivated and self-disciplined.
• Excited to work with a great team.

• Promote safety and cleanliness in the park.

Get Air Team Leads can expect to promote safety and cleanliness in the park, strive to meet sales goals, and to host parties on a day-to-day basis. Team Leads will support the Assistant Manager and General Manager in reaching operational goals and overseeing shifts. We’re looking for someone who can provide great customer service, is self-motivated and self-disciplined, has some supervisory or leadership experience, and is excited to work with a great team.
