Job summary
Resources for Human Development (RHD) is seeking a Team Lead in the Ardmore/Bryn Mawr area to supervise direct care staff and coordinate services. You’ll mentor staff, manage schedules, and support individuals to achieve personal goals and independence.

Qualifications
- CPRP Certification required
- Valid Driver's License required
- Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field or related field required
- Associate Degree with at least three years of relevant experience required
- High School Diploma or GED with at least five years of relevant experience accepted
- Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills essential
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, families, guardians and partners
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line supervision, coaching, mentoring, and performance support to direct care staff
- Organize, schedule, and distribute work assignments among team members
- Communicate program policies, procedures, and expectations to staff
- Maintain a direct service caseload and provide direct support as needed
- Coordinate and oversee medical appointments and follow-up care
- Communicate with nurses, physicians, guardians, family members, and other stakeholders regarding individual needs
- Participate in person-centered planning meetings and support individualized plans
- Ensure documentation, progress notes, and monthly reviews are completed accurately and on time
- Coordinate communication with service coordinators and interdisciplinary teams
- Prepare reports and maintain documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory requirements
- Support quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Current Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) Certification
- Valid Driver's License
- Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field such as Sociology, Special Education, Rehabilitation, Nursing, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Associate Degree with at least three (3) years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
- High School Diploma/GED with at least five (5) years of relevant experience
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, families, guardians, and community partners
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
- Experience supporting individuals with behavioral health or intellectual/developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of person-centered planning and regulatory compliance requirements
- Full-Time
- Schedule based on program needs
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and location changes may be required
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and perform physical job duties as needed
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, reach, kneel, stoop, crouch, and perform repetitive motions
- Ability to travel to appointments, meetings, and community activities as required
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
