Job summary
Resources for Human Development (RHD) in Montgomery County, PA, seeks a Team Lead for PICL and Renaissance Programs to lead by example, support individuals served, and guide direct care staff. The role offers dailyPay and a mission-driven environment.
The Team Lead will organize schedules, maintain caseloads, coordinate medical appointments, and ensure documentation and compliance while driving quality improvement across teams.
Qualifications
- CPRP Certification is required.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
- Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field or equivalent experience depending on the combination listed.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line supervision, coaching, mentoring, and support to direct care staff.
- Organize, schedule, and distribute work assignments among team members.
- Maintain a direct service caseload and provide direct support services as needed.
- Coordinate and oversee medical appointments, including attending appointments when necessary.
- Communicate with medical providers regarding health and wellness needs of individuals served.
- Maintain positive relationships with family members, guardians, staff, and leadership.
- Participate in person-centered planning meetings and ensure implementation of support plans.
- Coordinate training plans and ensure accurate and timely documentation.
- Monitor progress notes, daily documentation, and monthly reviews.
- Communicate regularly with service coordinators and interdisciplinary team members.
- Prepare and submit reports and required program documentation.
- Support continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Renaissance Community provides community-based behavioral health services designed to support individuals in achieving recovery, stability, and greater independence. As a Team Lead, you will:

- Current Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) Certification
- Valid Driver's License
In addition, one of the following:
- Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field such as sociology, special education, rehabilitation, nursing, counseling, psychology, or a related field
- Associate Degree and three (3) years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities
- High School Diploma or GED and five (5) years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
- Experience working within behavioral health, psychiatric rehabilitation, or community support programs
- Full-Time
- Flexible schedule based on program needs
- Evening and weekend availability may occasionally be required
- Local travel may be required to support individuals and attend appointments
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, reach, and climb stairs as needed
- Ability to push, pull, kneel, stoop, crouch, and perform repetitive movements
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
