The PICL Program provides community-based behavioral health services that support individuals in living meaningful and self-directed lives. Through person-centered planning, rehabilitation supports, and strong community partnerships, our team helps individuals build independence, achieve personal goals, and strengthen their connection to their communities.

In addition, one of the following:
Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field such as sociology, special education, rehabilitation, nursing, counseling, psychology, or a related field
OR
Associate Degree and three (3) years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities
OR
High School Diploma or GED and five (5) years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities
