Job summary

XPO is hiring dedicated team drivers for home weekly assignments. You’ll operate sleeper-tractor configurations with another driver on extended runs, requiring a valid Class A CDL and the ability to travel five days a week away from home.

Qualifications

• Team members must apply as a pair and are recruited as existing teams.
• Ability to partner with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs.
• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Knowledge of vehicle safety and control systems required.
• Safe driving record and history.
• DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company-paid DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Run loads between XPO facilities for pickup and drop-off with fellow employees.
• Navigate routes, maintain CMV safety, and comply with transportation regulations.
• Operate tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a 5-day home-away schedule.
• Operate the vehicle safely within DOT regulations and use internal freight tools.
