Job summary

XPO is seeking dedicated Team Drivers to operate in a sleeper-tractor pairing on extended runs, typically five days away from home. You must be part of an existing team and both members must apply together. A valid Class A CDL, DOT medical card, and appropriate endorsements are required.

Pay includes weekly wages, mileage pay split between drivers, and separate hourly waiting pay. Benefits start on day one, with 401(k) matching and no-touch freight across a broad network.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid Class A CDL.
• Holding a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or passing a company DOT exam.
• Endorsements for Hazmat, Tank, and doubles/triples are required.
• Available to work away from home for a five-day work week.
• Able to partner with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs.

Responsibilities

• Run loads between XPO facilities for pickup and drop-off with a teammate.
• Navigate routes, maintain CMV safety, and comply with regulations.
• Operate tractor-trailer combinations over long distances during a typical 5-day week away from home.
• Use internal transportation tools and required systems to complete loads.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members.
