Potbelly is hiring a General Manager to lead our Mount Prospect shop. You will drive sales, oversee P&L, coach the team, and ensure top-notch customer service in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

You must meet IL food safety requirements, be 18+, and have 2+ years GM experience in a restaurant or retail setting, with strong leadership and scheduling skills. Competitive benefits and career growth offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years as a General Manager in a restaurant or retail environment with P&L responsibility preferred.
• Must meet state food safety requirements and obtain a Food Safety Certification.
• You are at least 18 years old and can work 45 hours per week with open availability.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and develop shop team members to realize their potential.
• Interview, select and hire great people who represent Potbelly values.
• Develop and maintain Good Vibes culture that fosters attraction & retention.
• Effectively schedule staff and shift leaders; manage daily operations on the shop floor.
