Job summary

Hatch Brokered by Real seeks a proactive Team Concierge to support our real estate team at the Bismarck office. You will manage internal communications, calendars, onboarding, and events, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service for agents and clients.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of operations experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a servant-leader mindset. This is a commission-based role with potential for growth in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ operations experience.
• Strong organizational skills and pays strict attention to details.
• Proactive servant leader who is willing to do whatever it takes.
• Skilled at protecting time and resources of leaders and team members.
• Exemplifies a team player who demonstrates extreme ownership.
• Strong positive and direct written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative problem solver who can follow existing processes and create new ones.
• Experience with Google Apps for Business.

Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and OWN all systems for internal communication, team calendar, company social media presence internally and externally, office management, client care communication systems and events, team retention and recognition, onboarding systems for new agents and staff, and referrals.
• Assist as needed in creating and refining the systems of other departments, including but not limited to customer service, lead generation, agent recruiting, and tracking.
• Maintains the team’s operations manual that documents all systems and standards that are not able to exist within our technology leverage, Brivity.
• Keep the team leaders informed regarding any problems or issues that arise and help to develop solutions.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions and trainings.
• Become familiar with PLACE Technology.
