Job summary

BriteLife Recovery is seeking a Primary Therapist to provide clinical services and interventions within a mission-centered behavioral health organization. Under the Clinical Director, you will conduct assessments and lead individual, group, and family therapy to support recovery.

The role emphasizes empathy, safety, and collaboration, with benefits and a supportive team environment, and opportunities for professional development as we expand our services in multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health required.
• Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• Licensure or certification in state preferred.
• Experience in substance use disorders preferred.
• Proficient in EMR and DSM-5 knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and DSM-5 diagnoses.
• Develop client-centered treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Document all services in the EMR within required timeframes.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Collaborate with case management for discharge planning.
