The Brien Center for Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, Inc. seeks a licensed clinical clinician to deliver recovery-oriented services in an Integrated Care Team. You will lead teams, develop comprehensive assessments and treatment plans, and support Persons toward self-sufficiency.

Responsibilities include short-term counseling, meetings, documentation, crisis planning, and collaboration with community resources. Weekend coverage may be required; a sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a clinical field; licensure or eligibility as LCSW/LICSW/LMHC or RN as applicable.
• Knowledge of the Recovery Model and community resources.
• Proficient with web-based email and word processing/spreadsheets.

Responsabilités

• Provide short term individual and group counseling.
• Attend all transitional and clinical treatment meetings and develop transition plans.
• Provide clinical oversight to integrated teams.
• Meet documentation standards including treatment plans and assessments.
• Develop person-centered treatment plans with culturally and linguistically appropriate approaches.
• Meet referred individuals within 72 hours to assess needs and risk.
• Develop crisis/risk management and rapid housing plans.
