• Communicate goals and workload to direct reports to maximize efficiency while meeting payroll and financial goals.
• Build and lead a strong team through sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and coaching while ensuring policy compliance.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures across the store.
