You will lead group clinics, run youth programs, and participate in club events, delivering a high-energy guest experience and promoting member growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and run golf instruction business for the club
• Develop and run monthly clinic schedules
• Create weekly instruction tips calendar and content for posting on club social platforms
• Develop and run a minimum of 4 youth camps throughout the year
• Promote the club and convert students and guests into members
• Must be willing to work flexible schedule to maximize student and club potential
• Guest Experience: Welcome and assist non-members with booked tee times and demos
• Provide friendly first impression and orientation to simulator bays and club amenities
• Coordinate participant check-in and general event flow for tournaments, leagues and events
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment

The Back Nine Golf in Suwanee is looking for a passionate, energetic Teaching Professional to join our team full-time. Essential Responsibilities

• Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Develop and run golf insruction business for the club
  • Develop and run monthly clinic schedules
    • Create weekly instruction tips calendar and create content for posting on club social platforms that coincides with current/upcoming clinic topics
  • Develop and run a minimum of 4 youth camps throughout the year
  • Promote the club and convert students and guests into members
  • Must be willng to work flexible schedule to maximize student and club potential
• Guest Experience Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist non-members with booked tee times and demos
  • Provide a friendly first impression and ensure guests feel comfortable in the facility
  • Help guests check in and get oriented with simulator bays and club amenities
  • Ensure guests understand club rules and policies Events & Activities
  • Assist with hosting and supporting: Tournaments, League play, Special events, Member gatherings
  • Help coordinate participant check-in and general event flow
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment Provide general customer service support to members and guests
  • Assist staff with operational needs during busy periods
  • Perform other duties as assigned
