How You’ll Do It
- Coordinate, schedule and maintain guest lessons.
- Utilize swing analysis technology and learning theories, integrating teaching aids.
- Grow the golf instruction platform through marketing and community outreach.
- Direct tournaments and summer camps.
- Collaborate with the events team to promote and teach lessons at events.
- Walk the tee line during peak times to market platform and give impromptu lessons when not instructing.
- Supervise information requests about lesson schedules and instructional series.
- Manage and implement ideas for player development series at venue level.
- Manage club fitting, club repair, and general equipment maintenance.
- Maintain inventory of golf services tools, technology, and teaching aids.
- Meet budgetary requirements for the golf services program.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years’ experience teaching golf lessons, coaching golfers at different levels.
- 2–3 years’ previous sales experience required.
- PGA membership; Class A certification preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Management of an independent golf lesson program.
- Proven track record of successful instruction.
- Exceptional coaching ability.
- Social and interpersonal skills to interact with all Topgolf guests.
- Familiarity with swing analysis and launch‑monitor technology.
- Ability to develop positive, ongoing relationships with guests.
- Excellent communication, time‑management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on a team.
- Energy and enthusiasm.
- High level of self‑awareness, receptivity to change, and integrity.
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods.
- Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods and maneuver up and down stairs.
- Annual compensation: $42,400.00 – $46,450.00 – $50,500.00 USD.
