Job summary

Topgolf in Colorado Springs seeks an innovative golf instructor to coordinate guest lessons, utilize swing analysis and grow the instruction program. You will promote lessons at events, lead tournaments, and oversee equipment and inventory.

The role requires teaching experience across levels, strong coaching, and excellent communication. A PGA membership or Class A certification is preferred, with a bachelor’s degree encouraged. Evening and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years’ experience teaching golf lessons with experience coaching different levels of golfers.
  • 2-3 previous sales experience required.
  • PGA Membership; Class A Certification preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Management of an independent golf lesson program.
  • Proven track record of successful instruction.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, schedule and maintain Guest lessons.
  • Utilize swing analysis technology and learning theories, and integrate teaching aids in all programs.
  • Grow the golf instruction platform at your venue, through marketing and community outreach.
  • Direct tournaments and summer camps.
  • Work with the events team to promote and teach lessons at events.
  • Walk the tee line on all levels during peak times to market platform / give impromptu lessons.
  • Supervise information requests regarding or pertaining to schedule of lessons and instructional series.
  • Manage and implement ideas for player development series at venue level.
  • Manage club fitting, club repair and general maintenance of equipment.
  • Maintain inventory of golf services tools, technology and teaching aids.
  • Meet budgetary requirements for the golf services program.

What We’re Looking For
  • 2-3 years’ experience teaching golf lessons with experience coaching different levels of golfers
