Overview

Birdie Central is a premium indoor golf and social clubhouse at 19059 Champion Forest Dr in Spring, TX, open since June 2026 and 0.6 miles from Gleannloch Pines Golf Club in one of Houston's most golf-active, affluent corridors. Six bays with Uneekor Eye XO2 launch monitors and BenQ 4K projection, including two private teaching bays, plus beer and wine service and 24/7 access for vetted guests through the Whoosh app.

Compensation, stated plainly: this is an independent contractor role with no base pay. You keep 65% of every dollar of instruction revenue you generate (private lessons bill at $120/hour for PGA/LPGA Members and Associates, $78 per teaching hour to you). A 20-hour weekly lesson book is about $81,000 a year. Want more upside? After a 90-day trial you can move to our tiered plan that climbs to 72% as your monthly volume grows.

This is a founding-instructor role: you build our instruction program from the ground up and put your name on it. The pipeline is forming now: a growing member base with a capped 40-member junior tier, Klein ISD school golf team partnerships in development, and year-round junior and adult improver traffic from the Gleannloch corridor. Climate-controlled teaching all summer, no shop-management duties, no outside-services shifts.

Experience Required

• PGA/LPGA Member or Associate preferred (not required); PGM graduates encouraged to apply
