KIPP Massachusetts seeks Teaching Fellows to join our team in Lynn and Boston, working alongside Lead Teachers to develop as educators and contribute to rigorous, equity-focused instruction.

You will co-teach and gradually assume lead responsibilities while engaging in personalized coaching, professional development, and collaboration with grade-level teams. The program supports aspiring teachers through mentorship and potential BU Graduate School of Education tuition assistance.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and oral and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Ensure that all children feel affirmed, valued, and challenged every day.
• Foster a positive and safe learning environment.
• Create and internalize rigorous and engaging unit and daily lesson plans, leveraging provided curricula/resources.
• Set specific, ambitious growth goals for all students and identify and leverage all necessary resources to ensure they meet them.
• Use best practices, including differentiation, to execute instruction at a rigorous level for all students.
• Infuse core values into daily lessons and school practices, implementing school-wide student culture systems.
• Regularly analyze student work and data to modify lessons and inform instructional practice.
• Maintain accurate student grades/records and communicate with families regarding progress.
• Participate in school-wide and individual professional development and coaching.
