Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MTEL and SEI endorsements encouraged within first year.
• Desire to become proficient in teaching through coaching and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Co-teach small group and whole group lessons and gradually take on solo teaching responsibilities.
• Develop strong relationships with families through school events and regular calls.
• Maintain accurate student records and communicate progress to families and Lead Teachers.
• Participate in regional professional development and coaching sessions.
• Be receptive to feedback and engage in ongoing professional growth.
• Collaborate with grade-level teams to address common challenges and implement systems.
