We expect at least 2+ years of full-time teaching, a Bachelor’s Degree, and willingness to obtain MTEL/SEI endorsements with school support. A collaborative, growth-oriented environment awaits dedicated educators.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time teaching experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Pass Criminal Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Lead or co-lead a classroom, with responsibilities including leading a class independently or co-teaching.
• Ensure all children are affirmed, valued and challenged daily.
• Foster a positive and safe learning environment.
• Prepare and internalize rigorous and engaging lessons leveraging provided curricula/resources.
• Set ambitious growth goals for students and use resources to meet them.
• Communicate regularly with families about student growth and progress.
• Collaborate with grade level and content teams to tackle challenges and share responsibility for all students.
