Job summary

Connex Education Partnership is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support primary schools in Lincoln. This role offers flexible day-to-day cover and immediate starts, ideal for someone who enjoys helping children learn and grow in a positive classroom environment.

You will support teachers with engaging lessons, provide 1:1 and small-group help, and assist pupils with learning needs while fostering inclusion and confidence across age groups.

Qualifications

• Experience with children or young people in an educational setting.
• Patient, enthusiastic and committed to pupil development.
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
• Willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS check.

The Role:

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.

• Holds, or is willing to obtain, an Enhanced DBS check.
