Job summary

Connex Education Partnership is seeking caring and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistants to support pupils across primary schools in Taunton and the surrounding areas, working with Bath & Wells Multi Academy Trust.

This is a fantastic opportunity for 1:1 Teaching Assistants seeking flexible supply work or longer-term opportunities. You will work closely with class teachers and wider staff to support learning, development, confidence and wellbeing across relevant schools in the Taunton area.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is desirable.
• Experience providing 1:1 support is beneficial.
• A caring, patient and empathetic approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils.
• A calm, consistent and supportive manner.
• Availability to work 5 days a week.
• An enhanced DBS check or willingness to complete one.
• The right to work in the UK.

About the Role

Connex Education Partnership is looking for caring and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistants to support pupils across primary schools in Taunton and the surrounding areas. We are working with schools within the Bath & Wells Multi Academy Trust in the area and are looking for Teaching Assistants who are passionate about providing consistent, individualised support.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant looking for flexible supply work or longer-term opportunities. You will work closely with class teachers and wider school staff to support a pupil’s learning, development, confidence and wellbeing.
